Dropped a car off only needing a tune up. Get a $1'600 tune up, to pick the car up with a whining power steering pump and now a smoking overheating car! I have multiple witnesses to show and back up my claims, did not get upset until they did not take responsibility! This car came in for a tune up and left with few more problems, the most important being the radiator and overheating, I gave them the opportunity to fix it and make it right since this happened at their shop, under their watch, instead hits me wit $550 more and tells me the car is wore out , 160,000 miles btw for only a 04 Lexus, and that they will not take responsibility and will not meet in the middle and help fix a problem I did not have and now stuck with an overheating car and looking for a new mechanic, he's gonna resp

AC went out on my Suburban on our way down for vacation. I was in a difficult situation because my family would be sitting at the house while the vehicle was in the shop. They were able to work me right in to get diagnosed. Had a new compressor installed the next day. Had to bring it back because it wasn’t quite right. They replaced a switch for me the day before we left to come back home and didn’t charge anything further. I felt like they genuinely wanted to help and the price was reasonable. I had called several other shops in the area and this one was the only one that didn’t seem inconvenienced by my call. I would definitely recommend them.
