My mom was going through her car shield policy to try and get her car towed from her home to a body shop. Instead of the man explaining they don’t accept car shield and give her a price for paying out of pocket, he told the representative no and hung up in her face.

I've had three separate experiences with Rodney and Brian. All good! They are on par with prices around town. I don't want the cheapest mechanic ,because I love my truck! I've been quoted more when I shopped around. They have come to me to fix a flat tire. They have rotated my tires. They even moved my travel trailer. I just got my truck back with an oil change, and new brakes and rotors. Their mechanics are on point.

The price I was quoted to tow my SUV roughly 4 and a half miles was way higher than every other towing company I contacted in the Semmes area. I'd suggest going elsewhere. From the reviews I'm seeing from other people, I can say I'll probably avoid this place if I ever need a tow in the future. They seem to show signs of sketchy business practices.

This company towed my car from apartments handicap spot when I in fact have a decal for handicap charged me $300 and damaged my vehicle costing me to spend $744 more dollars on repair. And the junk yard they took it to the day after I washed it was a mud bath. Definitely just contact an attorney and about to sue!
