Senior Suites of Bellwood

This place on the outside looks nice on the inside residents are barely making ends meet. This place is not affordable for Seniors who are on a fixed income. Several people who went to my Church lived in this building and eventually had to move. Their entire Social Security check went on rent and they had no money left for food and everyday necessities. This place is not income based or affordable according to the description on their website this place is MARKET RENT . Residents may be afraid to speak out because some may not have any family to help them so they just go with the flow with having to go to food pantries to try to get basic needs. I've researched this company and they're making money hand over foot off of desperate Seniors who need a place to live among their peers. If it w

They have a lot of parking lot and they make you walk from the front to the back but it's a nice building and a lot of seniors near there so it's okay

Loud noise and vibration from the compressor on the roof in the apartment on the fourth floor non stop Crazy noise
