From the first phone call, they were welcoming, had great customer service and communication. Went above and beyond to get our car back asap even stayed fe minutes late to allow us to pick it up. Helped us with car rental and return. From start to finish very smooth!!

My insurance suggested this place. A dog crashed onto my car and they were able to replace the radiator and front bumper. They did text me to update about the repair process. The car stayed in their shop for about 3 weeks due to winter blizzard. But was clean when I got it. I was pleased by their service. They are friendly, kind and professional. However, I have to give them 4 star because when they called me to pick up the car. I was told they do not accept any Discover card not sure why. I had to drive far to find an ATM and withdraw cash. I sacrified my lunch time to do it. This is the only location here in Louisville that refused my Discover debit card. Other than that I thank you for the excellent service. Please, do consider your customers with Discover card in the future.

I would not recommend the shop to my worst enemy.. not only were they terrible at communicating with me about my vehicle the entire time.. they also were not on it to be able to get the parts my vehicle needed I had to do my own research on that matter and throw a fit before they would even continue to repair it. After 6 weeks and a lot of phone calls I picked the car up it was filthy my cables to my lights were not connected correctly had been stripped and torn.. the inside of my car was covered in filth from the windows being down at their shop for God knows how long.. they did not detail anything except the front seats and the floorboard. I had to pop pieces back in place that were brand new pieces that were put on my car which is ridiculous considering they were new parts that were jus

We've used Senn's several times now for car repairs and also hail damage repair. They always do a great job. They're super friendly, and keep us posted on the status of the repair and make working with the insurance claims easy. We've recommended them to a lot of our friends.
