Patrick Walmsley is the dude of dudes. Champion of Bro's. The peoples champ. Service Advisor, bar none. If it wasn't for him I wouldn't have met my wife. My kids have more pictures of him than me. He dapped me up once and it was so crispy I got a cease and desist from a Mcdonalds sprite. I went to coolguy town and everyone knew who he was (the statue wasn't up yet but I heard it is now). Locked in and on top of everything, a true consumate professional, kept me in the know and at the ready. I'm jealous that I don't have people like him working for me, my life would be so much easier. Nothing I want to complain about was his fault and in fact, he was the most helpful person I dealt with for the 58 days I didn't have my car. Promote him, give him a raise and make sure you never let him go.

I purchased a brand-new 2025 Chevy Suburban straight off the lot with 8 miles on it. By day 3, serious issues began. I brought it in and was told the problem was resolved with a simple radio reset, and it somehow passed GM inspection. Less than 24 hours later, the exact same issue returned. Since then, the vehicle has been back at the dealership three separate times. This most recent visit alone has exceeded 30 days in service, and the total time the vehicle has been out of my possession is even longer. I've only had my car for three years, and I've already had to replace the entire transmission, deal with three separate oil leaks, and have a coolant hose replaced. For purchasing a brand-new vehicle, this is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the quality of their cars. Geoff, was great about lowering my costs and working with me during this very frustrating time. I was given an EV rental car, which was very inconvenient, especially since I do not have the ability to easily charge and EV during the day.
