Serra Chevrolet Sterling Heights

Today I visited Serra Chevrolet in Sterling Heights to see about selling my 2019 Chevrolet Equinox (just crossed 100,000 miles). I walked into the used car department expecting at least a fair conversation — especially since I originally bought the vehicle from the same dealership. Instead, I was told they don’t buy Chevy vehicles over 100k miles and was advised to “go find an outside buyer.” One staff member even joked that after 100k miles, it’s basically garbage and better not to buy Chevy. Jay Edwards made buying my Chevy Trax 2RS the quickest and easiest car purchase I’ve ever had. He professionally handled all communication with my parents while I was at work, and when I arrived just one hour before the dealership closed, everything was completely set up and ready for me to finalize the deal and sign paperwork.
