Great service with no BS, they didn't try to upsell me in a pushy or manipulate way, they offered things but we're very transparent. They stayed almost 2 hours last closing to get my lease done, Ben helped me find a truck and kept us in good company while I waited to get my paperwork completed. I am extremely satisfyied with my purchase and know that I could contact them and get great post sales service. Thank you for helping me get the truck I've been wanting.

I have a ram 2500 I bought from Bill Marsh, paid extra for an extended warranty. My truck went into a derate today for def issues. Called to make an appointment, first appointment is 2 weeks out. I have rental coverage with that warranty, but it needs to be diagnosed before they will provide a rental vehicle. My truck is not drivable, so I have to go two weeks without a vehicle because they don't have appointments available. This has happened multiple times, I will never buy another vehicle from Bill Marsh Ram, Chrysler, or Jeep. They do not care.

Love this company. I brought my Ram 1500 in for a break check and tire swap and per Tony’s recommendation did a few service items per the vehicle’s mileage. Somehow the front breaks are still practically new after 50k miles, but they did recommend replacing rear pads. They also found an issue with the exhaust that has been causing the truck to run really loud- without me even bringing it up. So that got fixed and now the truck is running as if it was brand new. In an age when every company hassles you for reviews, it’s super refreshing to leave a positive review for a company that never even asked for it. When picking up the truck, I had to drop a vehicle down the street. I asked Tony if I could leave a vehicle in the lot for an hour or so and while he said yes, he also offered to

My Jeep has been in the Bill Marsh service department several times for a total of weeks! They replaced my fuel tank with a used one then charged me for the parts to fix the used tank they installed! Now I have it back again and they still haven't fixed the original problem. We called and were told they can't get the part needed to fix it, so there is nothing they can do. We have now spent a bunch of money on a used fuel tank and parts to fix that used tank and it still in the same condition as when we dropped it off. This has been an incredibly disappointing experience.

Just got off the phone with these guys and in fact, I just spoke with Andy Terrell. He was very helpful with my concerns about my newly bought truck. I did not even buy the truck through this dealership yet he still gave me knowledge about my dilemma. He didn’t shove me off and just refer me to get it looked at. He ran through the issues with me and told me things that could or could Based on his prior. I can only assume the rest of the Team is like this, and I would recommend the service To anybody. Because if they’re not to shove me into the garage to get my truck looked at and they’re genuinely trying to help me. I can only imagine that they’re actually genuine people. Again, big, thanks to Andy Terrell at Bill marsh. My anxiety is lower because of that guy.
