Serra Ford Kalkaska

Serra Kalkaska was a great experience. From the first time I walked in and talked with Jeremy Peterson I was happy with his professionalism. He was able to answer all my questions. Throughout my purchase of a new Ford F-150 he was on point to make sure everything I wanted was done.

We just took possession of our 2026 Ford Bronco and could not be more happy. Cary was a joy to work with. Back in October when we ordered he walked us through all the options and kept us updated on its status whenver we requested. It had to spend a few days at the dealership to have a tow package put on but they were able to get it on earlier than planned. And because I didn't have someone available to run me up to the dealership on the earlier date Cary arranged for a driver to pick me up! We will definitely do business with them again when we are in the market.

Jeremy Peterson was great to work with. He answered all my questions and did not pressure me. I enjoyed working with him and the rest of the staff. Her dog 🐕 Daisy also approved.

I worked with a nice young man named Brandon. He reminded me of our grandson. He was very polite ,knowledgeable and helpful. Helped me get into a jeep patriot and took my old beemer in trade even though the engine blew the day i went car shopping. When i went back to sign the paperwork he had everything ready for me and had been in contact with me throughout the day so that everything would be ready when i came in since i had to work. I would definitely recommend them and him.

Brandon Perryman did a fantastic job with the purchase of my car. He made the process painless, and was meticulous with paperwork so on the day of purchase I had little to do before driving off the lot! He was very considerate of the fact that I loved my trade-in for sentimental reasons, and honored my feelings about it. I am loving the vehicle he sold. I highly recommend him.
