Customer Reviews
My mom was recently involved in a vehicle accident shortly after purchasing a 2025 Camry SE from Bill Penny Toyota. We needed to find her a Camry at a great price without any added charges. The process of finding a reliable vehicle during her insurance review was stressful, and we needed something she felt comfortable driving—more so than the SUV the rental company provided. I reached out to Leon Starr, who was ready to answer all of my questions as soon as I arrived. He didn’t push me toward vehicles I wasn’t interested in, nor did he try to sell me anything I didn’t need. I knew I wanted an XSE, and they had the color I wanted. I asked if they could improve on the offer I received from Bill Penny Toyota, and they went above and beyond. They provided better service, a lower rate, and in
Great experience, easy process . The rental manager was very professional and gave me and my family the vehicle and space we needed to make our trip to Panama City Beach comfortable, safe , and fun . Don’t I dare forget to mention how eco friendly the vehicle was . One fill there and back . I will definitely not be going anywhere renting a car other than Serra Toyota of Decatur Al . Thanks , The Jones’s ❤️
We had a great experience with our sales associate, Ibraham Cherif, and got to test drive all the vehicles we wanted. Ibraham didn't make us feel pressured one way or the other for any of the vehicle, and he was able to answer all our questions quickly and accurately. Highly recommend going to see Ibraham!
I had the best time at Toyota of Decatur. Erskin was THE MOST helpful associate to work with. I definitely will be back to rent a car through Toyota using Erskin! I am so thankful he works so hard and cares so much for his customers!
Renting from Serra Toyota was such a smooth process! Erskin is so personable, he made sure to answer my questions and was really helpful. The car options were great, it’s going to make things smooth and relaxing on my trip. I will definitely rent from here again!
