I’m from out of state (ATL) here taking care of a family member, and I had to be referred to this location for a repair on my Nissan rogue at Serra Volkswagen in Centerpoint, Alabama, And I would recommend anyone to this location. The staff was so warm, inviting and professional. I kind of wish I had bought my car from here, big up’s to Management and the whole staff there. They really made me feel at home.

I drove almost 2 hours to buy a car from them when there are 3 other dealers closer... they went out of their way to get me my car... and since then have had service done ther by appointment... good class of people at all levels from sales to maintenance

Rating is for the Service Department If it weren’t for the technician who performed my 20K service and the two women in Parts and Service for their professionalism, I’d give Serra VW zero stars. After scheduling service, I was contacted by a salesperson about trading in my lease. I agreed to explore it, but without my consent, they ran my credit five times with different banks—hurting my credit score. That same day and after my car's service was completed, I asked for a quote for the outerweather strip for my car & instillation, they not only quoted me for the wrong part but told me the part and installation would cost me over $400.
