Serra Volkswagen of Traverse City

First off, they were friendly so I am giving 2 stars. However, it was a disaster and continues be. I picked out the car, it got taken back to be detailed and it had a new dent in it when it was brought back out front. Thankfully, the same model and color they had another of and I switched to that one. They use an independent company to put out of state plates on their cars and I didn’t get my plate until after my 2 month temporary plate had been expired. I requested another temporary tag in the meantime and was told no, Adam said people rarely get pulled for this. I did drive 3 days with an expired tag before mine came. To wrap it all up, my car has 3000 miles and has been in the shop 3 times for check engine light issues, which resulted in about $2,500 in repairs (covered by warranty). It
