Serra Wholesale Parts Traverse City

The winter photos are the before. Where my headlamps were so downward facing that it was actually dangerous to drive, I will say the photos make it look brighter/better than what it was too. See I have been dealing with that for (almost) 3 years but a full 2 years now. I went to a few many places and they were all saying the same thing of "the car is pointed down because of the small collision into the snow bank you had". But then Jeff was paying attention and actually truly looked into things after I brought it in and figured out what Midas, Chevrolet, and other various places could not... And it was something so simple too. It was the screw in the back that adjusts the headlight positioning within the headlamp. That was it. The headlamp was simply defective. I could've had this solved 2

The jdbuyrider part is one of the worst companies i know of and i dont even have a vehichle with them they are supposed to be a caring helpful business to those who need some help but once you sign the papers they are straight up rude harsh and very unwilling to help those individuals. I would not ever suggest anyone to use this company at least not the traverse city one, i have heard some good about others locations but witnessing and hearing how cold they are in traverse city no way would i suggest them
