After a previous mechanic told me they couldn't fix my alignment issue, I took my car to Mr. Carlos at Serratos automotive, they were able to fix the problem and did a great job.These guys know what they're doing and went above and beyond. My car is running great now and I would definitely be returning!

Serrato's Automotive is hands down one of the best repair shops I've ever been to. They did excellent work on my car—diagnosed the issue quickly, explained everything clearly, and got it fixed fast. What really stood out to me was their honesty. Not only did they not overcharge, but they also backed up their work with a warranty, which gave me peace of mind. It's rare to find a shop this trustworthy and professional. I’ll definitely be coming back here for any future repairs. Highly recommend!

Charged me over $1,700 but didn’t include inspection or new battery! I had to buy the battery and take it to them and this is because I had mentioned the battery. They didn’t even install matching front calipers. After I paid the full amount it took three weeks to get my truck back and after five days had to take it back supposedly was under warranty and they wanted another $700 ! Their excuse was that the check traction light came back and passed inspection because they cleared it with there machine. 🤦🏻‍♂️ so what’s that mean???? That they didn’t do there job. And not to mention I had to call to remind Jose about checking my windshield! Twice! And want to charge me $900. lol point is the guys who quote don’t have a clue what their mechanics are actually doing! I feel like I got played….
