Serrato's Towing & Roadside Service

Tony went above and beyond to help me try to get my dodge durango moving when the gear shifter got stuck. When nothing worked, he quickly got me towed to a shop for repairs. I definitely recommend Serrato's Towing.

I was stranded around 2am on a Sunday and was not able to find towing that can haul my dually. My truck broke down in South El Monte and I needed a tow back to Hesperia. AAA was giving me the runaround all morning. It was around 7am when I decided to take matters into my own hands and called around. I had called seven different places and Serratos Roadside and Towing Service was the only one that could provide what I needed. I was SOO happy 🥳 and grateful that Tony was willing to come out. Not to mention, his price was REASONABLE too. He was VERY knowledgeable and kind. I loved that he was PROMPT and gave me updates. In addition, he was REALLY quick! Tony was super professional from the first phone call I made to Serrato's. He gave me the best price and showed up promptly to pick up our vehicle. We needed the vehicle to be dropped into our garage which has a sloped driveway, because the car didn't start. But Tony dropped it in there flawlessly. If I ever need tow service again, I'll be calling Serrato's back for service. You should too!

Antonio was the man I have a classic truck and he took extra steps to make sure the truck was not damaged. Great super job
