Service Center at BMW of Fort Lauderdale

I’ve dealt with enough service advisors to know that most of them make the whole experience painful. Alby is the exception. Straightforward, efficient, and genuinely looking out for you. No unnecessary upsells, no runaround, no games. Every time I bring my car in, he makes the process seamless and gets me out the door fast. The BMW Service Center in Fort Lauderdale provides excellent service. The staff is professional, helpful, and always willing to explain everything in detail. The facility is clean, organized, and very efficient. My car was taken care of quickly, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. I really appreciate their customer service and trust them with my vehicle every time. Highly recommend!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent service experience here was extremely disappointing and needs to be addressed. I brought my BMW in for a check engine light for what should have been a straightforward diagnostic process. Instead, the vehicle was kept for over four weeks, during which multiple parts were replaced and several wrong “fixes” were advised. This resulted in thousands of dollars in repairs that did not resolve the problem. Rather than identifying the root cause, it felt as though parts were simply being replaced in hopes that something would work. This approach is not what I expect from a BMW service department. To make matters worse, when my car was finally returned the vehicle was returned dirty and the gas tank was on empty. I’m almost certain this is because
