Service Center at BMW of Pembroke Pines

I came to BMW Pembroke Pines for service after discovering a screw in my tire, already having a pretty stressful day and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Carol completely turned things around for me. She was incredibly reassuring. She took the time to explain everything and handled the situation efficiently. What could have been a frustrating experience ended up giving me peace of mind. Customer service like this makes all the difference. Thank you Carol, you truly made my day so much better!

The high review is primarily for my customer manager, Carlos Mendoza, and the management of the center, including Jeffrey, who helped resolve several issues, rather than for the BMW service experience itself. Some BMW maintenance aspects are more complex and time consuming than expected (for example, at least two oil changes in the transfer case for a known X7 issue before the actual repair, as well as certain parts, such as rotors, being on back order from Germany for several weeks; this coincided with a period of tariff uncertainty). Throughout this process, the team made a great effort to smooth things over, find reasonably priced solutions and source parts from other dealers, remain polite and reassuring, redo some work where needed, and take care of details I might not have noticed

I left my car for planned maintenance and asked to fix multiple complaints with my 2023 BMW M4. When I received my car back, none of complaints were addressed and the windshield was cracked. After informing my advisor of cracked windshield, I was told that it was like that. After asking to look at the cameras and see if it was cracked a service representative came to me and said it was not and that they will replace it. I didn’t even get an apology for cracked windshield and even more I was treated as I am getting a favour. Not sure why they think I have time to bring the car to the service again because of their unprofessional service and damage to my car they did during the service. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! Apart from that, it was a fourth time I ask to fix the issue with my squeaking
