Worst experience I have had.. I scheduled the appointment time Monday 7:30 I was the first customer there. When Jon arrived he did not take me first, he made me wait.. He complained his co worker called out and said he had to help another customer who arrived way after me first. Bad attitude for the whole transaction once he finally waited on me.. It's NOT my fault his co worker didn't show. .....got a loner and left. Absolute Disaster – Avoid Lauderdale Mini at All Costs! I am beyond furious after my wife’s experience with Lauderdale Mini. What should have been a simple tech service appointment turned into a complete waste of our time and a blatant rip-off. I specifically called ahead to schedule a tech service and was assured everything would be ready. I drove all the way there, rearranged my entire day, and when we arrived? The representative was nowhere to be found. Zero accountability, zero professionalism – just pure incompetence. But it gets worse. We needed a simple replacement digital card for my wife’s Mini.
