Service Center - Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM

I can not stress this enough. Do not go here. I have had two vehicles here now. Both times they did not communicate at all what they were doing. Both times they kept my vehicle for over a month with no reason other than "understaffed". (This is a year apart. You're always understaffed?) On my truck they didn't even do what I paid for. Got it back home and the "new" battery was not there. Still the old dirty one. On my suv they wanted three times the money for a service I didn't approve and if they had actually communicated with me I could have done myself. I will not be returning. They are just out to screw people over.

Recently purchased a vehicle here. What a great experience! Staff is knowledgeable, friendly and just great to deal with. Was back after the sale for a small issue and they addressed the issue and resolved it immediately. I highly recommend this dealership.

Fixed one issue that was obvious. Didn't fix the other concern. Was told there was no problem found. Still grinds going into gear and shift cables extremely sloppy for a newer vehicle. Will not bring this vehicle back to this dealer.

Made an appointment at 10 AM waited 3 1/2 hours and they hadn’t even looked at the truck yet. Definitely the worst service center I’ve been to.
