I recently had the opportunity to interact with 3 different areas within the service department within a span of a few weeks. I had reasons to need assistance within General Service, Quick Oil Change & Parts departments. In the general service area, I work with Rob Sanders the majority of the time. He is always knowledgeable, attentive, easy to interact with & if he says he'll follow up, he does it. The team in the Quick Oil Change area, lead by the manager Quincy has always been very helpful & efficient. GM sends coupons & promotions throughout the year. Unfortunately, the promotions pertaining to oil changes didn't apply to my vehicle & therefore were useless. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **Exceptional Service When We Needed It Most** My daughter drove up from Ft. Lauderdale for Christmas in her Chevy Express van, only to face a serious safety issue. We brought it to Days Chevrolet hoping for a quick fix, but learned there were 130 vehicles ahead of us—little chance of getting it done before she had to head back home this weekend. As soon as the team heard she was traveling out of state, they immediately jumped into action and moved her van to the front of the line. They had it diagnosed, repaired, and safely back on the road **all in one day**! Huge thank you to the entire Days Chevrolet team for their compassion, urgency, and outstanding service. You truly went above and beyond to help my daughter get home safely. Kudos to you all! Highly recommend!
I give Day Chevrolet a no star they are the worst people to take your vehicle to get fixed as far as your body works my vehicle looked better when it was wrecked then it did when it come out and they fixed it. I complained told him that was a terrible job they did and they didn't want to fix it I would not recommend no one to go through what I went through with Days Chevrolet they were the worst people as far as trying to help me they were just not good at all , I don't see how they have a 4.9 that is wrong they do not deserve that ,they took advantage of a person that was in a car wreck was not my fault an insurance was paying for it they done me wrong. If you go to Day Chevrolet be expected to be done wrong they seem like they had children doing their job that's how bad it was..
Worst experience I’ve had taking my car to a dealership. Every time I reached out for an update I was ignored and sent to voicemail. Every time my boyfriend called on my behalf, he immediately got answers and was respectfully informed on MY vehicle that I DROPPED OFF ALONE. Also, my personal DAILY reader that I use for my 2011 Camaro was removed from my vehicle completely. Someone had to look for the reader’s box in my center console to find it and threw it into my floorboard empty; boyfriend was told that they checked the cameras and didn’t see anything. Every communication has had to go through him instead of me, and it makes me feel that I can’t trust the dealership to take care of my vehicle with respect to me and my wishes. I would not recommend this service department. Communication within this department is horrible. I have tried to speak to the customer service manager Brandon several different times today and I keep getting a voicemail and then a person named Tim told me he would personally hand-deliver a message to have Brandon to call me which never happened. I called back due to the fact that they close soon and was told Brandon works his own hours but that he was in his office and she would transfer the call to him, but yet he didn’t answer. I left yet another voicemail so maybe this will get their attention. I asked to speak to someone else and they told me that the GM was on vacation and not sure when he’ll be back.
