Service Center - Faulkner Hyundai Philadelphia

We had a great experience with Faulkner’s service center. I called in a complete panic yesterday morning and Emily was so kind and helpful. She was able to get me in immediately and provided me with all the info I needed to get it towed to the dealership covered by my extended warranty. I do wish the service tech would have called me back instead of just texting the service quote, but he was able to get it done much quicker than I expected so I can’t complain! It saved me the anticipated headache of being without a car for the week. The gentlemen at the front desk when I arrived to pick up my vehicle (Del, I believe) was friendly and helpful as well. I’ve never had a bad experience at Faulkner Hyundai both in sales and service.

The service on my new car had me extremely nervous but Mike made sure I was at ease by keeping me updated along the way. I will continue to go back after this great experience although I hope I don’t have to for more than regular upkeep! Thanks to the service center for taking great care of my vehicle.

I can’t say enough great things about the outstanding service I receive every single time I bring my car to Faulkner Hyundai. Steve is truly amazing. I was originally scheduled at another facility, and he still managed to squeeze me in and get me out in time for my noon meeting. That level of care and professionalism is hard to find. They’ve definitely gained a loyal customer. You really can’t beat the quality of service here.

Never had to wait more than five minutes for a service advisor, they are always courteous and ask questions and explain things. They always get me a ride home and back to pick up my vehicle.The check out is speedy too.
