Don’t waste your time going here they don’t know how to work on cars. My car went in to have the dashboard replaced one of the text one of damaging my central council use a screwdriver have prime marks broke the plastic. I called the general manager Shawn Taylor but he was too busy to call me back so he had Jordan Walker service manager call me back. He was rude to me the day before I left. I did not want to talk to him. General manager was too lazy to even pick up the phone. My car has been at the dealership for over three weeks now, and still not fixed. They do not care about you at this dealership.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had trying to buy a car. The stupid car they offered was a 2019 Chevy Traverse and it broke down on the 2 nd day.It went through a whole tank of gas in 2 days and less than 200 miles and it just lost all power, the windshield wipers were going crazy and the car locked up and the keys wouldn’t even open.They cashed a check for $500 yesterday and I had already given them the keys to the car and the process was stopped at the bank.I didn’t even buy the Traverse and now they said I have to wait 15 days to get my money back but they needed their money up front. It’s Christmas and they messed up my money and my good standing with my bank. PLEASE Don’t go to Kia Store in Elizabethtown

I clearly mentioned that there was a nail in my tire, but They only filled it with air without removing the nail. As a result, I had to get it repaired at another tire shop.

Great service department. I had a problem 500 miles from home. They took me right in, and I was on my way in 30 minutes.

Awesome dealership.. I do not god anywhere else for maintenance and will always buy new vehicles here!! Pam in service is amazing!!
