Absolute crooks. We went in for a tie rod replacement (safety recall). When driving home we heard a screeching noise and thought that one of the tie rods was not installed correctly or misaligned. Upon taking it back on a different day (after the weekend because they were closed), the service tech said there was a coffee bean between the rotor and brake pad. They then proceeded to charge us for this. How does a full coffee bean make it's way between the rotor and brake pad in a normal driving condition? I am almost certain they placed a coffee bean there in their ignorance or maliciousness. Avoid this service center entirely, probably also the dealership as well.
Tried to drop my keys off one morning for my appt.. service manager just starts mouthing off to me because I walked in the door before 7am(when they open) I just wanted to put my keys in a drop box(I have a job to get to as well!)… next day I receive a text that my vehicle is ready. They claimed to have called and texted the day before, they didn’t. Super unprofessional. Go somewhere that respects your choice to use them.
