This is a great place to learn how not to do used car sales. I was forthright and was interested in one specific vehicle. My only question was if they could meet my price that I was willing to pay. After 15 minutes and a lecture we finally walked out since they couldn't meet my purchasing price point. I didn't need to hear about how much it costs to run a business. But anyways. The vehicle is still sitting the for sale 10 months later and they would've had cash. No big deal but Hendrick auto hooked us up.

In my opinion there is NOTHING at all professional about this place. I purchased a car in June 2018, a service light was on and was told by the dealer "no prob we will have it fixed take it to our shop". I signed the paperwork, did that and over 30 days later still didn't have the car. Got the finance company to speak to them the deal got canceled and they still have my down payment. It's now the end of September!! I was told someone would be in touch and never heard from anyone, no returned calls nothing. I called once to at least try to get an email address of the person that was supposed to contact me (MJ) and expressed my frustration to the person that answered I was literally told: " I don't work here they just asked me to answer the phone".
