Service Advisor, Presteige is a breathe of fresh air. Specifically throughout dealing with Ferrari and Presteige, we have experienced attentive care and valuable input. She genuinely cares about her clients and their needs. She remembers specific scenarios and details even after extended periods of time. You can remain confident in receiving more than your typical aftercare when working with such a personally invested team at Ferraris service center.

We had a GREAT experience at the service department in regards to our Alfa Romeo Stelvio. The car was having problems with the AC. It wasn't a simple problem so they gave us an AMAZING loaner and kept our car until they could determine the cause and fix it. This included ordering parts in. They kept us updated throughout the process and the car came back perfect. Sarah and Prestige were so great to work with. They were very accommodating in every way imaginable. We were most impressed with how they anticipated the need for some extra time to fix the issue, made sure a loaner was available, and communicated with us at every turn. We were especially impressed because we don't have a Ferrari or other expensive vehicle but they treated us so kindly and fairly regardless. We had our Alfa Romeo

I'm a fan. Sarah, the service manager, and the techs seem really nice. They are very courteous, quick at communicating, good at giving timeline expectations, and helpful with Uber rides even though they don't seem to do loaner vehicles. They have even spent time to help me get warranty help from the manufacturer not once but twice. No complaints. Very happy to have an Alfa dealer nearby, and feel lucky that it's a good one.

I took my Maserati into this dealership on Friday 9/27 at 9 am for a simple windshield wiper fix and brake fluid refill. After it was at the dealership all day I had to call to get an update around 4pm when they told me they found a cracked subframe, they were supposed to call me with a quote and I never received a phone call. I decided to call on Saturday 9/28 (their websites says they are open) and the dealership tells me they are closed all weekend! Come Monday morning 9/30 I again had to call them for an update and they still didn’t have the quote, he told me he would be calling me at noon with the quote. No call at 12:30 so I had to call again, no quote. I went to pick up my car around 4:00 and my car looked like a disaster, still no quote for the subframe and my brake fluid light jus
