Service Department at Ken Garff Nissan Salt Lake City

I am deeply disappointed in Ken Garff Nissan, and the level of extreme unprofessionalism and hotheadedness of Brad Isenhour. The documents for our vehicle inspection don’t match the invoice, particularly related to “transmission concerns.” I was advised by our attorney to see if that could be rectified for consistency— after all, we were there specifically due to a major transmission concern, so the green box should not have been marked. Certainly if there were no visible leaks from the transmission, that could have been mentioned in the notes section. They made sure to notate every other issue that we *weren’t* in for on that sheet, so there’s no reason for the transmission concern to have been overlooked. Service team were great! They took my vehicle immediately into the service bay & sent me real-time video updates of what the mechanic was seeing. Gave me an e-report of recommendations & asked me for permission to proceed. Work was done quickly, efficiently & I was in & out in 45 minutes. Thx KG Service Center... You rock!

I really wanted NOTHING to do with any type of dealership ever with how burned I had been in the past. This time, they were pleasantly competent! They gave me a quote, stuck to the price. Did not get aggressive with up sales and add ons. Did the work in a quick and efficient manner. Very clean environment. (Really car shop area cleaner the most hotel lobbies.) No one was having any type of issues. Salesmen were kept away from the service area. Eric even gave a great restaurant recommendation! Really freaking crazy! Rare experience of customer service skills!

Great place to get my '24 Nissan Frontier Pro4X serviced! They know the vehicle and what it needs and what it doesn't. Love the technician walk through video emailed to me during service. They even offered a discount on pre purchasing future oil/tire rotations which made it an even better deal. I feel like I have a trusted team behind me keeping my Nissan in top mechanical condition.

Took my truck in for 60k service. The folks are nice and professional but we’re really pushing an app/online tool to give me service updates and communicate with me while they worked on my truck. It felt really clunky and seemed wrought with errors as I had to call/text them multiple times regarding the service notes and recommendations that were being pushed to me through the online tool. Many of them had incomplete info, were things I didn’t request, or were missing things I specifically did request. I ultimately declined all the service recommendations except for an oil change due to the confusion and lack of trust in the prices
