Service Department - Mastria Mazda

Brought in my Mazda for a recall and 5000 mile service and oil change. The Service staff was friendly and very helpful . We even shared puppy stories . It’s great when people take the time to welcome and chit chat with you in their busy day .

Have been coming in for a few years now to have my Mazda serviced. Always pleasant front desk, informative video they send you about your cars inspection, refreshments and snacks in comfortable waiting area and especially like the courtesy car wash.

Another great experience at Mastria; this time at their Mazda franchise. To be honest, I was reluctant to engage in the process of buying a new car during the pandemic as I had no desire to enter a dealership. My concern was put to rest by the exceptional care of the Mastria Staff in making a safe, inviting & comfortable environment in the showroom. Kudos for taking this seriously! In addition & as always, the actual car buying experience was exceptional!

This was our first time visiting Mastria Mazda. We had researched the CX5 from home and knew we were interested in test driving one. We have bought several new cars in our lives, but the experience we had at Mastria was the best ever. Our salesman was Colton Connell. There was absolutely no pressure at all on his part. He listened to us and was so pleasant. I would encourage anyone to ask for Colton. Thank you for taking the stress out of our big purchase! Fast and Friendly service, I have a Mazda and a Subaru that I have serviced by Mastria. The tech sent a video summary of my car's condition and the work done, and they washed it!
