First time to visit Sewell, who knew a dealership service experience could be so wonderful. This team is doing it right and wins the dealer service award by a landslide. Super friendly and efficient check-in process, felt like the red carpet was rolled out for us. A check engine light had us worried we would miss out on our weekend plans but our service advisor Justin offered us a loaner vehicle without our even asking. We were told to not worry about tolls, they too would be taken care of. On return, I pulled into the service garage and by the time I walked inside, Justin was standing in the hall, welcomed me by name, shook my hand, handed me my paperwork (still warm from the printer), then wished me a nice week. Less than 5 minutes and I was on my way. Other dealerships should be worried

Moises from part is a beast, he definitely took his time and answers all my questions and helped me with my need, IF YOU NEED ANY PART AT ALL FOR YOUR AUDI. Go ask for him if they don't have it, HE will find it.

I had many excellent service appointments at this location and my last visit was not an exception. My service advisor Eriek Griggers went above and beyond to make sure everything was to my expectations. He was very professional and did a great job following up and updating me along the way. Everything was done promptly. Thank you Mr. Griggers,- you are top-notch!
