Marco and his team were called out to do a paint lifting on 16 cars over 3 days. 8 cars the first day, 4 the second and 4 the last day. It was quite the mission to coordinate between the owners of the vehicles and making sure each owner was happy. The first day was the most hectic, so Marco sent a team of 4 trucks, with their own water. I pulled the manger on site, Miguel, for every need and question asked of me from each car owner. He was patient every single time and knew how to coordinate the guys, none of them complained or said anything under their breath. These are men who take pride in their work.
