Service King Collision - Main Office

I took my Honda civic for an insurance claim with a dent in the hood where I made impact with the tire on the back of a jeep wrangler. I drive the car for 1 month after the impact before taking it to this shop. Once I took it to the shop they took well over a month to get it looked at. Once they started they stripped my vehicle completely down to total it out when all I wanted to do was replace the hood. The tech Put pen holes in the radiator took off the air conditioning components. Took the head lights bulbs, blinker bulbs,fixtures out, and Ripped connectors Tore a hole in the side of my cloth driver seat. They gave me my car back in pieces shoved in the back seat. I’d give this place 0 stars if I could please save yourself some time money and frustration by choosing another shop.

Service king was contracted to do my repairs through my insurance company in 2014. It was the only accident I've ever had in my RAV4 that I bought brand new from the dealership. That is until last year when my RAV4 was "totaled" in a separate accident this past December. Over the last year my partner has taken apart and rebuilt my RAV4 and I have seen first-hand the "craftsmanship" that this Service King provides. Instead of replacing broken parts some were ziptied, duct taped and they even drilled holes and used wire to stitch things together. I would understand if this was a backyard mechanic who I gave $900 to and said "do what you can I need this car fixed and this ia all I got" but that's not what happened. My car was under full coverage insurance. I was not at fault for this accid

They did great. I had it in and out quicker than they told me. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone.
