I want to take a moment to recognize Nathaniel, my service advisor at Germain Kia, for providing outstanding customer service. From the moment we arrived, Nathaniel was welcoming, professional, and very knowledgeable. He helped write up my vehicle for an oil change, tire rotation, and a four-wheel alignment, and clearly explained everything so I knew exactly what to expect. While my vehicle was being serviced, Nathaniel went above and beyond by checking in on me and my wife multiple times to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. I had an incredible experience buying my Kia Sorento with Justin Bailey! He has so much positive energy and made the entire process actually enjoyable. Took my 2012 Sorento here for service. They took me in quickly, noted what i wanted done and gave me a quote before I left. This included some service that I hadn't thought about but hadn't gotten done, so it was optional. I fully expected my car to be done in two days. I was happily incorrect. It was done in less than a day. Good service, good price. Excellent customer service and communication. I would recommend them without hesitation.

The outcome of this service was not favorable but it was not the fault of anyone of the Germain KIA employees. I have had my Sorento serviced at this dealership many times and they have always done a great job fixing what needed fixed and making sure they treated me right! Cody is a great!
