I rented a Ford Transit 350 from Service Rent a Car for a weekend trip to Universal Studios, and everything went perfectly. The van was clean, comfortable, and ran flawlessly the entire trip. It had plenty of space for everyone and all our gear — plus it handled great on the highway. Pickup and drop-off were quick and easy, and the staff were friendly, professional, and made the process completely stress-free. I really appreciated how well the vehicle was maintained and ready to go right on time. I have rented from other big name brand companies but this place is the best I have dealt with. Rented a big Ford Transit van the other day and it worked out very well. Was fun to drive and I got to take care of things that I was trying to take care of. Talked to Jake initially and met with him as well to get the rental. Was super helpful and friendly. Would rent again

Absolutely amazing service, we came here for a rental for the week due to a convention and other activities around the area and they were super helpful and kind in helping us pick a vehicle and assisting us with finding the best deal! 10/10 would rent a vehicle from here again!

They have great service with hospitality and smiles and a competitive price. Morgan picked up the phone when I called for inquiry/quote, I rented a car from him, and he picked up the phone a few times I called for the extension. It was very convenient to be able to talk directly to the same person at the company. He has general interest on people and their travel stories, which made the rental experience even better. I rented a car here for three months and had an incredible experience with this company! Everyone was fantastic to work with, especially Morgan who navigated my situation with ease. Everything was extremely thorough, the car was in great shape and ran well all summer. I would recommend this place to anybody looking for a rental car!
