This is hands down the greatest customer service I have ever had. I was stranded in Colorado trying to get back to Canada, and they took me in right away and assessed my car. They scrambled to find a part quickly across town and had the whole diagnosis and job done in 2 hours. Chris was extremely helpful and even gave me a break on the price. They worked so hard to get me back on the road and Chris even gave advice and tips on how to prevent this happening again. 10/10 would recommend, if I lived in CO this would be my go-to shop. Thanks guys.

Had an AC service done here and for whatever reason they decided to check my engine oil and not return the dipstick all the way back into the tube. Left for a road trip the next day and smelled oil when I stopped for fuel 300 miles in. Popped the hood and discovered oil all over the left bank of the engine, turbo, and firewall. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Any shop poking around while performing other services is obviously just trying to up charge and if they aren’t even competent enough to check oil correctly there is no way they could be trusted to do the actual oil change or any other work for that matter.

Exceptional service all around. Had an emergency situation happen and I am happy that we were close to this shop. Diagnosis was very quick, pricing was straight up, work was done in an amazing time. I have nothing bad to say about my experience here. I am from another state and have been looking for a new shop to have my vehicles serviced, I will be going back here for my needs.

This is the best auto shop you can go to! They are honest and dont try to upsell you. They keep it real and I appreciate that BIG TIME. I will ONLY go here now.

I had a great experience at Service Street Tire and Auto Repair in Quincy. The manager, Chris, was incredibly professional and helpful throughout the entire process. The repair was done quickly without sacrificing quality, and their customer service was top-notch. The technician who worked on my vehicle was clearly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in a way that made sense. I’ll definitely be returning for any future auto needs. Highly recommend!
