I’m truly grateful for the exceptionally courteous and professional staff. I stopped by because of a flat tire, and they took the time to carefully inspect it. They clearly explained why repairing it wouldn’t be safe and even showed me the exact issue. I really appreciated how seriously they follow safety standards and how patiently they walked me through everything. Since I had insurance, I told them I would get the tire replaced at another store and was prepared to pay for the inspection. They kindly refused to charge me. It was also close to their Saturday closing time, and I wasn’t able to tow the car to the other location. Without hesitation, they offered to let me leave my car there safely and told me I could arrange towing on Monday. Their kindness, honesty, and willingness to help—

Adam and the rest of the employees always take great care of my family’s four vehicles. They are courteous, knowledgeable, and honest. This week, I was able to get in quickly for an oil change without an appointment. I was given a very reasonable quote for two new tires. Adam was able to order them and have his team put them on the next morning. My car drives so much smoother now, and I feel safer knowing my vehicle has been taken care of by Adam and his team.

If I could rate this shop 0 stars , I would ! I am very disappointed in my experience here. It all started with originally taking my car for a squeaking noise when putting on my AC/ defroster on. It was really just annoying and embarrassing to hear it all the time especially when starting my car in the morning. All in all, the cost was about $1000 together with all the fees and diagnostic fees. Not even a week later , I hear the noise again. I call them of course and they let me know I have a warranty for the parts. I get a call when I dropped it off again to find out another part is causing the squeaking. I question why this wasn’t figured out the first time and the pricing around the SECOND time is $1500. I kid you not , the squeaking comes back again once the car is returned to me. I wa

Meant to review months ago but I always forget. But they were awesome! Needed a blinker light fixed and I brought my work laptop expecting for it to take a second and it literally took 5min. Super nice people too

I was in need of an oil change and brake pads assistance and didn't want to go to 2 different locations.Called in for a service request the Rep. JEFFREY was so polite and was able to schedule me an appointment for the next day. Service was tremendous and the staff was very knowledgeable on what my vehicle needed. They have a customer for LIFE! Would recommend anyone to take their vehicle here 10/10!
