When I was in need of a diagnosis and fix of an issue with my car, this staff was very superb. They were fast, informative and very professional. I dropped off my car at 9:00am and got it back before 3:00pm on a day I had to be at work by 4:00pm. The gentleman up front explained the entire process of what was done, what was purchased, where he saved me money and what could need to be done in the future on other issues. This place is A+ and definitely a better option than the overpriced and unprofessional Casey's Pro Tire just a mile down the road. Sure, they may not be able to do as much but they don't play games or price gouge with the services offered or rendered. Try Carpenter's Tire FIRST.

Great customer service. Called a few places looking for the size I needed and was told no right away. They actually took the time to look for the size we needed and was able to find a used one and even order us a new one to get here today. 10/10 will be back.

Carpenter Tire is one of the main reasons that I love my small town Toccoa. Jimmy and Wolf apparently still believe that serving customers is how to run a business. Imagine that in today's world where it often feels like the customer is serving the business.
