I made an appointment and no one showed up and nobody called to notify us. Service is horrible for charging your customers 730$ cash without even showing up as promised. Not recommended!

By far the best experience I’ve had as a large truck owner. Three service centers robbed me blind to attempt to fix a major vibration issue and Brian was able to rectify the issue within two hours after diagnosis and repair. I am officially a lifer of Brian’s service center for dually trucks. He is the elite of large truck servicing and repair.
Great service and great people!! I will not go anywhere else and only recommend them! Brian and his team are great and helped me out immediately when I was a walk in!
