Well, it said they were open. But when I arrived, there was no one there and there was a sign posted stating they were out on emergency road calls due to the weather. Now mind you, the bad weather had not even begun. The roads were still dry, and there was no precipitation. So when I called the one 800 number I told the gentleman don’t get it twisted, what really is the case as they drank too much on the holiday and didn’t wanna work that day because I promise you there was no one out doing service calls because there was no bad weather. He agreed. So if you’re not going to be offering your services to the public, please change it on Google or something because when I looked up the address as I desperately needed serviced, it said you were open. Yes they do tire work on everyday vehicles. The best. Very professional, excellent work. great prices, extremely knowledgeable. I travel from Maryland for Service Tire of York, PA to do all my tire work.

I called them at 4:10 PM for service and clearly told them I would be there in 20–30 minutes for a simple valve fix. They confirmed it was okay. When we arrived at 4:45 PM, they flat-out refused to help. Complete waste of time, zero respect for customers, and totally unprofessional. Avoid this place at all costs.

This is a great place to get a tire replaced. I showed up, with out an appointment. They had me in and out, with a new steering tire in less than hour and a half 😳

I had an issue with a tire on my motorhome. I called the great guys in York they took me right in made sure we were comfortable by bringing out ice cream for us and the kids they checked the tire thoroughly, checked the air on all of the tires and had us on our way within an hour.
