I stopped in to get an estimate on pulling out my front bumper on my 97 4Runner as it was rubbing againt front tire when making a turn. Spoke with Mike the owner. The next morning I brought it in and he completed the job in the time he estimated and at a reasonable price. I am very happy with my experience and a job well done. They also do reasonably priced oil changes. Friendly and reliable. Would recommend to anyone.

Today October 18, 2016 we encountered Affordable Auto. My husband and I just had twin babies over a week ago. Much to our discouragement our battery was dead in our vehicle. We called Affordable Auto since we just moved to Severance. Even though they were closing in a couple minutes they were willing to test the battery and told us they would check for us to see if they could honor the warranty through the dealer. Great customer service and really friendly!!! They ended our phone conversation with them saying let us know if there's anything we can do to help you. They did just that!!! Helping us contact dealer and very professional!

Just had work done on my Jeep Patriot. They ran into problems because of the amount of rust on my vehicle. Despite the extra effort required to get the old parts off they kept to their original quote and were very friendly and informative. I also read some of the other reviews for this place and I find it very hard to believe the story on the one bad review. I am sorry, there are too many problems with the story they are presenting. There would be a huge oil mess if someone put oil in a car without a filter plus the oil light would be going crazy. I'm not buying the reviewers story.

Mike did an amazing job on my car. It took longer than expected due to COVID so Mike detailed my car beautifully. Very impressed with the work, customer service, communication and going the extra mile. Will go to Mike for any future needs for sure!
