My experience yesterday at Sewell BMW was exceptional. Had some where to be and was in and out in less than an hr. It’s exactly the kind of experience we’ve come to expect from the Sewell dealerships and keeps us coming back. Kudos to Justin, Zac, & Vanessa for taking such great care of me! This place was outstanding! Hands down the best customer service I’ve ever experienced when purchasing a vehicle. I highly recommend working with Pablo — he made the entire process fun, informative, and truly went above and beyond to help me get exactly what I wanted. We got my daughter the X3 for her 16th birthday and BMW went over and beyond. They did confetti poppers and got her flowers. The process was so smooth! Leslie Carrasco even had a cute pet bed, treats and a little toy for her dog. Best experience for such a monumental moment.

I could not ask for better service from the minute I contacted the former manager, Luis Robles, who I hold in high esteem, until I drove my beautiful X5 out the door. Even though Luis could no longer “officially” help me, like he has done since 2013, he contacted his former assistant, Keysha, who set me up with my sales agent, Angel. Everyone was extremely attentive and accommodating. The “perfect car” was not available on their lot, so Angel looked for exactly what I wanted; locating it within hours. I had a great first time experience at Sewell BMW's NEW LOCATION! I traveled more than two hours out of my way to have my 22 X5MC's service needs met. Sewell BMW did not disappoint! I found their Saturday morning service experience to be chill, down tempo and effective. They had a welcoming vibe, parts on-hand and knowledgeable techs that finished my routine service ahead of time, shortening my wait. Attention to detail was shown when they washed my vehicle as offered- wiping the door jambs as well. As a result, I plan to spend more time in the region, scheduling ahead as routine service requires.
