DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING TO THIS COLLISION CENTER . First off when I dropped off my car I told Mr.Shells that my insurance company already approved his estimate for repairs and they put the money in my account ! Mr.Shell contacted my insurance company and told them I drop off the car with lil to no information and did they have an initial approval for damages . So Friday sept 27 I was told my car was ready . I got in my car in within 30 minutes my cards indicator was telling me it was off which it never did before I brought it here . So I bring it back Saturday and they put me in a loaner . Monday sept 30 Mr. Shells tell me that only come on when my seat belt is off and I’m telling him it came on with my self belt on and before the car was wreck that never came on when I didn’t ride w

There were a couple of delays, but the *way* they handled them is why I’d go back. I brought my car there to correct damages to the rocker caused by a tow truck. Eric Robles made sure every detail was right — even had a panel resprayed when he wasn’t happy with it. He kept me informed, respected my requests, and ensured I felt comfortable throughout. Bonus: when I had to return to fix a grill alignment (that may have actually been caused by VW dealer when they took it there for radar calibration), they Ubered me to and from. Grill was able to be aligned without further issue. Overall solid experience.
