I did not have a good experience with this repair shop. After getting a flat on the freeway, discovered several issues with my vehicle while looking for the spare tire. The spare tire bolt/holder was bent, I was missing my wheel lock, and there was a missing bolt that secures the brake line to the strut. My insurance covered over $20,000, but I still had to pay $2,297 out of pocket because their labor rates were higher than what my insurance allowed. chose this shop based on a recommendation from Lexus, and I regret it.

After a bad hail storm, Lexus recommended I take my GX here for repairs (less than 4 weeks and about 1k on the car from new). When I went to pick it up the rear bumper had gouges from them removing it. Even the interior panels had tool marks. To their credit they did fix the rear bumper. However, I recently had a goof taking my awning off. And what I discovered made me come here and give a negative review. Between 1/4 and 1/2 inch deep bondo job across the rear quarter panel. Looked back at the photos of the hail damage and it was not even remotely in an area that. I took it to a local body shop to repair my goof and they tell me the bondo was too think and not even mixed right. The dealership is down the street which is where you'll get sent to if you type in Sewell Collision Fort Worth but this is where your vehicle needs to go for collision not the dealership.
