The service team at SF Moto went above and beyond when I had my bike there getting serviced and somewhat refurbished with new parts to make it look like sharper. They took so much pride it the outcome which really showed up in the end when I learned they had polished and shined parts that were looking worn & aged. They even got inventive in resolving an issue with a part from a newer model that I wanted on my bike by fabricating and engineering it to fit and work on my bike. They took the best care of my bike & I was really impressed with all the excellent workmanship. I’ll always go back to SF Moto.

I had a fantastic experience here! While on vacation in San Francisco, I hit my first 600 mile maintenance mark on my motorcycle. I called up the SF Moto team and got a quick, clear quote! They made sure I understood everything being done, recommended the right upgrades to boost my bike’s performance, and showed incredible hospitality throughout the entire visit! They gave my bike a quick wash, did an oil change, a full inspection, and lubricated the chain to make sure I was set for the long ride back home. I really appreciated how fast, professional, and welcoming they were! The prices were great and reasonable! Big thanks to the team for getting me road ready and treated right! I’ve been shopping for a Triumph Bonneville T120 or T100. They were really low pressure and informative about the bike I finally bought after 2 weeks. The T120 was close to new condition and was an excellent price. Thanks to Jason for helping so much. The parts department is also great, Tony helped with some new boots and fixed what I thought was a scratch on my helmet visor. Everyone there was cool and Theresa was efficient with the payment and final docs. 5⭐️ great photos on website really helped too…

Wasn’t impressed at all. I was genuinely excited to check out a 2024 GSX-S 1000 GX and even set an appointment after speaking with a team member on the phone. I made it clear I was planning to buy the bike that same day if everything checked out. So imagine my reaction when I show up and the sales rep — a young kid who clearly couldn’t care less — casually tells me the fairing is cracked and another panel is scuffed because they dropped the bike in the shop. Supposedly the bike was “too heavy” for him and it fell into another one. Not once did anyone mention this before my appointment. If they had, I never would’ve wasted gas, bridge tolls, parking fees, or my time driving all the way to San Francisco. And the best part? They still weren’t willing to negotiate the price after admitting

They have a lot of bikes both new and used. Pricing for new bikes is a bit higher than other dealers. The MSRP is the same but they charge more destination and dealer assembly charges. The salesperson was polite and helpful and not too pushy.
