Their office hours are inconvenient and only serve their own schedule, not the customers. It’s difficult to even make an appointment, and they don’t return phone calls. When you arrive, the staff act arrogant, as if they are doing you a favor. Even the garage inspectors show attitude, and they try to find unnecessary issues to make you return, while some workers just sit and play on their phones. As taxpayers who fund their salaries, customers deserve courtesy and respect.

Always very professional if you know what you need to do they don’t hassle you, otherwise you would be unhappy. Please do your part right and receive a trouble free service from GTU!

So far so good. They have always helped me. If I don’t understand then I always call back and each time they helped me. Regardless inspections of my cars, inspection staff was good for me. I followed their directions and they were good to me.

Horrible customer service. The mechanics are lazy and rude. They don't even want to move out of their chairs. They fail cars for problems that they don't even exist because of their lack of knowledge, they did not know how to test. Unfair testing: they ask and inspect some stuff that they don't even care about in other cars. I've been there around 4-5 times for inspection and every time, the experience is worse.. Such a terrible experience.
