Very friendly, my car's first smog. No appointment needed. Price is reasonable.. there is a discount on line, to reduce cost. Very easily, clean, and organize. The waiting room was full, there are also seats outside. The wait was not long at all.
Walked in no appointment. I waited 20 mins ....max Efficient operators. Seemed like multiple smog techs. It was busy but quick service.
This place is friendly and fast but expensive. I wouldn't go there without a coupon. Good thing is, they are easy to find.
Very rude girl working front desk.... I don't see this place lasting with a nasty Attitude person working the front desk, Lack of customer service , lack of even wanting to look like they do the job when we walked in , she rolled her eyes and was like we were inconveniencing her to do her job.
If you're going to have to wait for 40 min to an hour, access to restroom facilities seems like a no brainer. Be sure you empty your tank before arriving. 🫤
