Never again! This is the 2nd time they scratched a vehicle of mine! So irritated by this place! They will not take accountability! Stay away if value your paint!

Update Jan 15: my daughter e-mailed Sgt Clean per the owner's response, the issue was fixed and she was given a partial refund to her card for the incorrect charge. Thank you Sgt Clean! My daughter used a 30% off for 3 months car wash membership coupon for my car which she drives, however the 2nd month she got charged full price. Spoke to an employee one evening about this, and she wouldn't do anything about it. Even showed her my daughter's credit card charges as proof. I don't think they train all the employees how to help in situations like this unfortunately. They need better customer service.

Absolutely love, Sergeant, Clean! The facility is brand new, and the people are so personable, friendly and kind. The car wash does an amazing job and we love the inside clean! The membership is completely worth it.
