I called for help changing a tire due to not being able to get the lug nuts off. I was told approximately 30 min. At 40 minutes I started to call. Over the next hour I tried to call a few more times. I never received a response, no one ever showed up. Luckily A1 Towing & Auto Repair was responsive quick and reasonable priced. Do not recommend using Shackleford. In response to Shacklefords response, I have added proof of the 1 minute call at 10:44 from my wife’s phone, and record of all calls from her phone and mine.

Great service that has the best interests of the customer in mind. I called Shackleford with a need and the owner asked for more information about the situation. After he had a sense of the problem, he talked me through how to take care of it myself so that I didn't need to pay for something I could just take care of on my own with a little know-how. That kind of service is rare these days!

I found myself involved in an accident on I-24 heading home to Knoxville. My car was undrivable, and Shackleford was the company that responded to pickup my vehicle. The weather was below freezing, and I had my son with me. They not only did a professional job with my vehicle, they went above beyond to make sure that my son and I had a warm, comfortable place to wait on my wife to make the drive to get us. They did this during a time when nobody would normally be at the office, too. Thank you!
