Shady Nook Imports Honda Auto Parts

My mom took her car there. The guy called her to tell her she needed a new radiator. When my boyfriend called to ask follow up questions, we were told that they haven't even bothered to actually look at it to know if that's 100% what's wrong. When asked a few more questions by my boyfriend, wondering if the issues could potentially be something else since they HADN'T EVEN LOOKED AT IT, he was then told to either "fix it himself" or to put "that lady back on the phone." Referring to my mom, I'm assuming because she didn't know enough about vehicles to ask the questions my boyfriend did. Not to mention a month before we sent the same Honda CRV to this place for an oil leak, and it was leaking again within a week of getting it fixed. 2023 Dec 5th They do take card, but there will be a transaction fee.. Also be mindful they will NOT sell you just the part you need, theyll sell the whole assembly. So be prepared to spend some money. This is the kinda place if you want your part fast. If you don't mind wating just get it from O'Reillys or AutoZone. Remember you're also paying for the convenience , you're not pulling the part yourself. You may not get great customer service.. well whole knows if they'll have your part. I don't know why I didn't think of them before wasting my time and money at Goodyear. They put in a new wiper mechanism for less than 200 parts and labor and they had it done in less than an hour. Good bye Goodyear! Hello Shady Nook. P.S, they took my credit card.

I have a 99 Nissan Maxima that the transmission went out on. Took to a transmission shop in Yukon, since that's where I live. Told me at the least would cost $2500. At this point I was ready to sell my car. Called the dealership where I had bought the car a year ago to get a price from them, cheaper...$1200.
