My car was fixed at Shadyside Tow and Repair. Great service and results. Up front on costs and downtime. Always friendly. I highly recommend this place for any repairs.

CAUTION! A simple four tire swap was a complete debacle. *Said it would take 1-1.5 hours. It took over 5 hours. *Broke the tire pressure sensor and told me to bring it to a dealership to repair. *Scraped up all the rims. *Came to pick me up. Kept starting the engine when the engine shuts off (fuel saving feauture).

Worked on my car 4 different times to fix the air conditioning still don't work claims they changed parts that still looked old and not new will never go back and would advise everyone to stay away.

Bill showed up fast and was very knowledgeable about hooking up our truck and towing it safely to our destination!

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE Contacted them to get a engine put in my truck. The entire process was fine calling them getting my truck towed having the engine shipped there and swapped out but then came time to pay. I called talked to Bill he said the price which seemed fair considering a small issue I get to money count it, count it then count it again to make sure well turns out I heard wrong He said $2,022, and I accidentally gave them $2,222 my fault yes but when they counted the money in front of me I didn't think anything of it because I knew what I had. Instead of giving me my $200 or asking if it might possibly be a tip. They kept it and didn't say a word. It wasn't until I got home and was looking over the receipt did I notice my mistake. I called and all the sudden they notice my
