Simply an amazing experience. My son and I went with a pretty challenging situation and got turned away in two separate dealerships. Shakers went above and beyond to help fix his situation and we are so grateful for how they took care of us. Cassie was wonderful and Corey the finance manager was so helpful. We walked away with a brand new vehicle which is more than we expected. My daughter in law , had recommended after the purchase of her vehicle the day before. Keshawn was also fantastic. What can I say. My husband and I were traveling to New Hampshire for a weekend with family when his truck shut off on I84 doing 65. We thought it would still be okay. Well it wasn't. Had to get it towed to Shakers and the service dept did everything they could to get it looked at. Unfortunately what they thought might be the problem may not have corrected it. So we got a new Dodge Durango. Our sales lady, Cassandra was awesome. Honestly everyone was awesome. They worked with us and made it happen so we could get back on the road.
