Shambaugh Towing LLC

For a flatbed tow from Corry Pa to Bonnell’s Collision in Erie Pa 41 miles they wanted $1000 dollars. Sounds like Highway robbery to me.

We have used Shambaugh towing SEVERAL TIMES. They have never once failed us. They are very quick responding, always professional, and extremely helpful.

Used their service via AAA and had the privilege of meeting Eli who was very professional, friendly, compassionate and an expert at his craft when the starter in my truck decided to die in the middle of the woods. He took the time and attention to detail to make sure no damages were caused and the job was done precisely. Thank you Eli and thank you Shambaugh!

I just had the pleasure of dealing with Shambaugh towing. They were nothing short of amazing. I received a phone call confirming the call and the time of arrival with a very pleasant young lady. The driver, Caleb, was extremely polite, professional and personable. He knew how to work and have a conversation at the same time. I had to actually call them once for a jump and then later for a tow. Same experience both times. They came very promptly. In an unrelated experience, years ago, I experienced the very same treatment from them so good to know they employ the same attitude. The mechanic my car was towed to relayed the very same sentiments regarding the driver. Very accommodating and pleasant. I don't know the cost as I have AAA but whatever the cost, I would choose them every time

The guy that came to our house was asked if the other vehicle In the driveway should be moved...he said it'd be fine but if he would have said yes to move it he could have avoided tearing up our yard and leaving tire ruts through it. The next problem is that as he was trying to hook our car up to the truck, he got muddy and proceeded to get it all over the inside of the car. The steering wheel white threads are now stained brown, mud on my sports package leather seating, even on my dash and the inside of the driver door...He also got mud on the exterior of the car which looks like a complete mess. Definitely feel as though things should have been gone about a bit differently. Wish I could post pictures of the mess that was left behind.
