Shammy's Car Wash - North Richland Hills, TX

Santiago was very helpful. I dont have a membership and he explained the different options. The vacuum is very good and the additional tools and supplies are as well. They provide towels to dry, air to blow out vents and everything you need. (Some tools not sure what they are for)

This is absolutely a shammy car wash. I came here on December 10 after moving to the area, intending to make this my regular location since it’s close to my home. From the start, the experience went downhill. Upon arrival, the attendant informed me they do not accept tap-to-pay, then immediately tried to upsell me a $20 monthly membership. I told her I wanted to see the quality of the wash first before committing. After going through the wash, I pulled into the drying area and immediately noticed mud, debris, and dirt still all over my vehicle. At first, I assumed maybe it was just one section—until I realized the entire car was still dirty, including the windows. I went back to the attendant, and one of her coworkers stopped me to help. What a great group of guys! I got new Disabled Veteran plates and needed to have it changed in their system. I met Fred, tue general manager and he attended to me immediately. He was training Jose and let me tell you, Fred and José did an incredible job. Very friendly, very up beat and positive. I really enjoy coming to this location the most.

Jose here at the Shami off of Davis right next to the Valvoline gas station, huge shout out to Jose! Hard worker, literally scrubbed all my tires in hopes of me leaving a review. Jose walks away 10 bucks richer and I get shiny tires and good service! Good job Jose!

I have come here multiple times always great service. Willy was great and he sprayed my mats off for me!!! He had a great attitude and great personality. Will continue coming here!
